Our Story
A Family Design Affair
Candace Haase and her daughter, Melissa Lucier, have shared their creativity and passion for design with Decor & More clients for over 30 years. This mother-daughter team both hold degrees in interior design. This is a true family business, with Candace’s husband, Art, involved in installation projects.
In addition to running the popular home decor and gift shop, they offer interior design services, including consultations, upholstery work, custom furniture, and installation services, to their customers.
“We often said, long before reality TV was so popular, that we should have had a TV show with all that we have seen and experienced going in and out of people's homes for over 30 years! There’s pretty much nothing we can’t handle!
The shop has changed, the design world has changed, the fancy show houses we used to do have changed, and we ourselves have changed. One thing always remains: we love what we do and working together as mother and daughter.”
